Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of full-service restaurant serving experience and be passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Accurately enter food and beverage orders using a POS system and ensure prompt, efficient service. Serve food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Assist with clearing and resetting tables, maintaining clean dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant operations. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and resolve concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide exceptional service. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant. Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, with the ability to make recommendations and upsell appropriately.
