Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing openTable reservations for seating management. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change. Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Experience Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings. Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Culinary or food service background that includes food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Experience in serving guests in hospitality environments with a focus on guest relations and food safety standards.
