Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will elevate the dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you'll ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and welcoming by supporting servers and kitchen staff. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help create a lively, efficient environment that keeps guests happy and coming back for more. This position is paid and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to keep service seamless Support the cleaning of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Follow food safety management protocols to ensure hygiene and quality standards are met Skills Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus for handling guest orders efficiently Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism Strong teamwork skills with clear communication abilities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during service hours Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
