As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. Available Positions Kitchen Department Bulk Cooking Chef

• Prepares large-batch and bulk cooking while maintaining flavour, consistency, and quality; ensures proper portion control, food safety, and eAicient time management.

Previous experience in high-volume or catering kitchens is an asset.

Karahi / Gravy

Chef

• Prepares authentic Pakistani-style Karahi and gravy-based dishes; manages multiple orders during rush hours and follows recipes for consistent taste and presentation. BBQ / Tandoor Chef
• Handles BBQ and tandoor operations including Seekh Kabab, Malai Boti, and Tandoori Naan etc; manages marination, heat control, and grilling quality; maintains tandoor cleanliness and assists during busy periods.

Some prior experience with tandoor or BBQ cooking is beneficial.

Dishwasher / Kitchen

Helper

• Cleans utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas; assists chefs with basic food prep and organization; ensures a hygienic and eAicient back-ofhouse environment. Front-of-House Department Front House Manager
• Leads FOH operations, manages staA performance, ensures smooth service, guest satisfaction, and brand standards. Servers
• Provide friendly, professional service; take accurate orders; promote specials; and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Expeditor
• Acts as a bridge between kitchen and servers for smooth and timely order execution.
