1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ Little Sheep Hot Pot & Bar at American Dream is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Food Runner to join our team. Food runners play an important role in keeping service running smoothly. We are looking for someone who can work quickly, communicate well with the kitchen and service team, and make sure food reaches each table accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately Verify dishes and table numbers before leaving the kitchen Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service Assist with setting up and organizing food before it is delivered Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen pickup and service area Assist servers with clearing or resetting tables when needed Respond quickly to guest and team requests Follow restaurant food safety and cleanliness standards Support the team during busy shifts Requirements Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and focused during busy hours Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Ability to carry trays, plates, and other restaurant items safely Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Restaurant experience preferred, but not required Weekend and holiday availability preferred What We're Looking For We want someone who is fast, dependable, attentive, and a strong team player .
