The ideal candidate should have restaurant experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Take food and beverage orders accurately Use the POS system to enter orders and process payments Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Make menu recommendations and upsell items when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Handle guest questions or concerns professionally Support the team with side work, opening/closing duties, and general restaurant operations Requirements Previous restaurant/server experience required POS experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
