Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or OpenTable is a plus. Culinary experience is advantageous, along with knowledge of food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
