Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing orders will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner. Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service and maintaining professionalism at all times. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to sanitize work areas effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A passion for fine dining experiences is a plus.
