The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You should have a deep appreciation for food, wine, and hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs with grace and precision. ⸻ Responsibilities Provide refined and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Present menus, answer questions, and make informed recommendations on food and wine pairings. Coordinate service with bussers, runners, and captains to maintain timing and quality standards. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and discreetly. Maintain detailed knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and specials. Follow fine dining service steps and restaurant protocols consistently. Assist with pre-shift setup, side work, and closing duties. ⸻ Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality. Strong food and wine knowledge (Italian cuisine experience a plus). Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Professional appearance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
