Job Overview:

Here at Stateside Tap + Tavern , we are seeking an experienced server/bartender with a flexible schedule to join our team. Strong cocktail knowledge, excellent communication skills and anticipating the needs of the guest is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Change kegs
• Manage cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with onsite private events.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure prompt service and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Provide help to colleagues as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient service.

Experience:

• At least 3 years experience and hospitality.
• Private event experience is a plus!
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service and operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
