COMPENSATION

: $6.05 to $15.00/hour plus earned tips

SUMMARY:

Are you an experienced Server with a passion for hospitality and leadership? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We're seeking talented, mature individuals to join our team as Servers at our vibrant establishment in Freehold, New Jersey. Located inside of iPlay America we offer two full-service Restaurants, The Bistro at iPlay America and Top Golf Swing Suite (TGSS) ( which also includes virtual golf bays available for rent; an additional attraction offered to park guests ).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking orders from customers Answering questions about the menu and food Selling food and drinks to customers Opening and closing procedures ( i.e., Restocking, presetting tables, cleaning, etc. ) Adhering to the proper food handling, sanitation and safety procedures Taking accurate payments from customers and giving correct change

REQUIREMENTS

Employees must have a positive and engaging personality and a professional appearance Employees must have the availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons Employees must meet the state's minimum age requirement to serve alcohol Strong task and time management abilities are required Hair must be pulled back, and beards must be trimmed Experience with guest service including hospitality and professionalism is preferred Employees must have the ability to work well on a team Employees must exhibit the best potential toward customer satisfaction Employees must be willing to find resolutions for guest issues/concerns with the assistance of management Employees must be respectful, courteous, and professional with guests and co-workers, at all times
