Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
- Handle cash and process payments using our POS system
- Maintain knowledge of promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to help and communicate effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus At our establishment, we value teamwork, professionalism, and providing outstanding service to our guests.
Pay:
$16.00- $25.
