Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations Assist in food preparation when necessary and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service Build positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a memorable dining experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining or upscale environments is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a positive guest experience Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
