Dietary ServerJob Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Dietary Server to join our team! In this role, you will help provide residents with nutritious meals while creating a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner Assist with meal preparation and food service Set up and clean dining rooms before and after meals Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow resident diet orders and portion sizes Work as part of the dietary team to provide excellent resident care Assist with other dietary duties as assigned Qualifications Previous dietary, food service, or nursing home experience is preferred, but not required Must be able to read and write English Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and a team player Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods Benefits ( FULL
