Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with menu selections based on guest preferences and dietary needs Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail service and beverage presentation in fine dining or nightclub settings Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations during food handling and service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of dishes in a high-energy environment Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, including fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing bills accurately and handling cash transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Previous experience with food industry standards including food preparation, serving, alcohol service (spirits experience), and hospitality best practices Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
