Job Description
Taphouse 15 in Wharton, NJ is a large, fast paced New American Grill with a scratch kitchen and a full service Craft Beer centric Bar. We are seeking servers for a new and busy season. The Server's priorities and responsibilities are to exceed our guest's expectations by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service. Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide an Exceptionally Distinctive Guest Experience by: Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience by Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
