Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food service industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide menu recommendations to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. . Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including stocking supplies and cleaning work areas. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Experience with food preparation and culinary tasks is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
