Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correctly entered. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service. Process sales transactions smoothly, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage preparation. Assist in managing reservations via OpenTable or similar platforms to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow. Provide excellent guest relations by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while managing time effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
