Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability. Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, food handling guidelines, and proper food preparation procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues swiftly to maximize guest satisfaction. Use reservation management platforms like OpenTable to assist with guest seating arrangements and reservations. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
