Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately enter orders into the Aloha POS or OpenTable system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, offering assistance as needed. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with food preparation as required, following all safety protocols. Skills Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred. Experience in fine dining settings is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently.
