TOAST, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to foster guest relations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in casual dining, is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as
