Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier/Waitress to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food service operations. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be essential to ensuring a delightful experience for our guests. Hours are flexible. Training provided. High school/college students encouraged to apply. We work around other jobs/school schedules. Some weekends required.

Morning Shift:

10am to 5pm

Night Shift:

5pm to 9:30pm Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the Clover POS system for order entry and payment processing. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing transactions and maintaining an accurate cash drawer. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently while maintaining service quality. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
