Job Description
Founders Grove is seasonally inspired garden venue looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our freelance event staff. We are a garden-inspired wedding and event venue known for providing warm, upscale hospitality and exceptional beverage service. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in bartending, serving, catering, or hospitality who enjoys working beautiful events in a team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Provide professional, upscale beverage service for weddings, chef dinners, and private events. Set up, stock, and serve, maintain beverage service. Work alongside our team and our catering partners to ensure seamless guest experience. Serve and assist guests with a friendly, polished, and professional attitude. Help keep the venue and beverage service clean, organized, and polished. Support the venue team wherever needed to create an exceptional guest experience. What We're Looking For Hospitality, bartending, serving, or catering experience required. A positive attitude and strong sense of urgency. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well as part of a team. Evening and weekend availability. Schedule This is a freelance, event-based position . Shifts are scheduled based on our upcoming event calendar and may include weddings, workshops, chef dinners, private events, and seasonal celebrations.
