Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are clean and ready for new guests, delivering food swiftly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining area, and providing exceptional in-person customer service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed Safely handle food running duties, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables while maintaining food safety standards Support the kitchen team with light food preparation and handling tasks when required Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to communicate guest orders and ensure accurate service delivery Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash following safe handling practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and guest satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies while practicing safe lifting techniques Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during busy service hours Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided A friendly demeanor with excellent guest service skills to ensure a welcoming dining experience Join us in creating vibrant hospitality moments where teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction come together!
