Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials confidently to maximize sales and guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety protocols Manage cash handling, process payments accurately through POS systems, and provide correct change Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support overall restaurant operations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs, is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Culinary experience or background in food handling enhances your ability to serve with confidence Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling techniques, sales growth, and delivering outstanding customer service Experience with guest relations, serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and basic math for cash handling ensures smooth operations Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures supports a safe dining environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic settings, and want to make every guest's visit unforgettable!
