Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of, while efficiently managing their dining needs. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Upsell food and drink items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring quality standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems Strong math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Excellent guest relations skills with an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
