Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Safely handle and transport food from the kitchen to guest tables using proper manual handling techniques Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and handling procedures Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely, including lifting trays, boxes, or supplies Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Basic understanding of food safety protocols and food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
