Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Provide expert knowledge on wine, spirits, cocktails, and food pairings to assist guests in making informed choices Process cash and credit card payments accurately while handling cash transactions with integrity and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations throughout service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly for maximum satisfaction Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong culinary knowledge paired with beverage expertise in spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink service Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing excellent customer service Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Solid understanding of food handling safety procedures, sanitation standards, and food industry regulations Excellent communication skills for guest relations, team collaboration, and conflict resolution Previous restaurant experience in fine dining or nightlife settings preferred; nightclub experience is a plus Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a vibrant environment, and committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
