Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process all sales transactions efficiently while handling cash or credit payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all serving areas following food safety guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining. Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and sales processing. Strong knowledge of beverage service and drink presentation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest relations expertise. Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs. Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is preferred to support food safety standards. Food industry experience with a focus on sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling procedures.
