Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experiences and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and service Assist with setup, cleanup, and resetting tables to maintain a clean, organized dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge, including spirits experience and cocktail preparation techniques Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, or similar platforms is advantageous Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to serve diverse guest needs Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, drink service, and food safety standards is desirable Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent math skills for handling sales transactions and managing tabs efficiently Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is a plus for understanding food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences with energy and professionalism!
