Hookah Server Job Responsibilities:

Serves Customers with hookah in a positive and friendly manner. Provides information to help hookah flavor selections. Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. Maintains ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and policies. Helps patrons select hookah flavors by suggesting selections, explaining our specialties, identifying appropriate flavor pairings, and hookah preparation questions. Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from station and delivering accompaniments Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing session process. Maintains table setting by removing already smoked hookah . Concludes hookah experience by acknowledging choice of flavor and inviting patrons to return. Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to host, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.

requires flexible availability as we do not assign a set schedule. Our operating hours are 7 days per week and include brunch shifts, late night shifts, and holiday shifts. All employees are provided with uniforms and shift meals. Server Qualifications /
