Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Pack orders fast and efficiently Serve food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including Coffee, Specials, and desserts to maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions efficiently, process sales accurately, and manage POS systems with ease Maintain sanitation standards by proper food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring a clean dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest needs proactively Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred (1-2 years); fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of Toast POS system or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food safety regulations Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Basic math skills for handling cash, processing transactions, and managing bills accurately Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
