Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using SpotOn or similar systems, and seat guests efficiently to minimize wait times. Provide attentive beverage and food service, including cocktail mixing, wine recommendations, and spirits knowledge to enhance guest experiences Take accurate orders using POS systems (SpotOn), ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handle cash handling responsibilities, and balance registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, dining spaces, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems (SpotOn) familiarity is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality environment Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality!
