Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation or setup during peak hours or special events in collaboration with kitchen staff Skills Proven experience in food service roles within restaurants or the food industry, especially fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising service quality Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage service best practices Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
