Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system - Clover Process all sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper handling, sanitation, and food preparation procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation regulations and food industry best practices Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and enhance overall guest experience Skills Extensive knowledge of Clover POS systems Proven experience in food service roles within restaurants or nightlife venues with a focus on fine dining or nightclub environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to upsell beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and specialty drinks confidently Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or food industry background that supports menu knowledge and food safety practices Beverage service expertise including spirits knowledge, drink preparation, and cocktail experience Familiarity with sanitation standards related to food handling and kitchen operations Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively environment!
