Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests. Greet guests, explain menu items, and make recommendations on food and beverages. Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen and bar staff. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience. Work closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, food runners, and management to ensure smooth service. Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service stations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Complete assigned side work and closing duties. Maintain a professional appearance and follow restaurant policies and service standards. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Must meet applicable New Jersey age requirements for alcohol service.
