Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable moments for every guest. Your energetic attitude and keen attention to detail will ensure smooth operations, whether you're taking orders, serving drinks, or managing transactions. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Prior food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Ability to process cash handling accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions We are looking for
