FRONT OF HOUSE

D'Fortuna, a new coastal fine-dining restaurant in Ship Bottom, Long Beach Island, is building its opening Front of House team.

NOW HIRING

Hosts / Hostesses Bussers / Food Runners Server Assistants / Support Staff Servers D'Fortuna is creating a refined yet approachable coastal dining experience rooted in fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients and genuine hospitality. Our service is warm, polished and intuitive, attentive without being intrusive and personal without feeling rehearsed. We're looking for people who share that approach to hospitality and want to help create an experience that feels effortless, memorable and distinctly D'Fortuna.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred Warm, professional and guest-focused Strong communication skills Dependable, organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment Evening and weekend availability Positive, team-first attitude This is an opportunity to join the opening team and grow with D'Fortuna as we establish the restaurant on LBI. Full-time and part-time positions available. Compensation will reflect the role, experience, and level of responsibility.

Pay:

$6.50 - $20.00 per hour
