A Waiter or Waitress takes orders and serves food and beverages to customers in restaurants. Answers customer questions about menu items, prepares checks and collects payment, and assists with clearing dishes and tables. May work in banquet or dining halls.

Open Positions:
Food Runners — Be the last hands on a dish before it reaches the guest. Deliver food promptly, keep tables and dining areas clean and inviting, and make sure every guest feels taken care of. What You'll Do Ensure menu items are to Burger & Butcher standards, working efficiently during busy service Keep kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized throughout your shift Run food to guests promptly and with care, and bus tables to keep the dining room welcoming Lift and move supplies, ingredients, and equipment safely Follow food safety and handling procedures to the letter — our guests trust us with what they eat Operate our POS system Toast for order processing Greet guests warmly and treat every interaction as a chance to represent our brand Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies What We're Looking For Restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right attitude Understanding of basic kitchen operations — prep, cooking, and cleaning Ability to lift safely and stay energized through a fast-paced shift Clear communicator who works well with a team and treats guests with warmth Familiarity with Toast POS a plus Food safety knowledge a plus A genuine interest in good food, clean ingredients, and taking care of people If you want to be part of a kitchen that treats food — and people — with real care, we'd love to hear from you.
