Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our food service team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth operations, and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, ideally in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale venues Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and contribute positively to team sales goals Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the food industry.
