Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, including sales transaction processing and handling cash with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service to elevate guest experiences Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service Experience in fine dining environments or with openTable reservations is a plus Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for accurate check splitting, cash handling, and sales transactions processing Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel valued.
