Job Description

Hawk Pointe Golf Club is a premier event and wedding venue located in Washington, NJ. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and beverage service, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Position Overview:
The Banquet Server role involves providing attentive, high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include delivering refined service standards, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, detail-oriented banquet service Carry and serve trays (approximately 5-25 lbs.) Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications:
Previous banquet, server, or busser experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Background in fine dining, hospitality, or event venues is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with a positive attitude Reliable transportation required
Requirements:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Ability to follow company standards, policies, and procedures Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift during shifts
Benefits:
Hourly salary plus gratuity Flexible scheduling
