Restaurant Server Franco's Pizzeria & Ristorante Franco's Pizzeria & Ristorante is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team! The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, and keeping our dining area clean and organized. This is a part-time position to start, approximately 2-3 days per week (8-15 hours) , with the opportunity for additional hours over time for the right candidate. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to make our guests feel welcome. Responsibilities Prepare tables and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation. Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Present menus and assist customers with food and beverage selections. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Answer menu questions and recommend complementary items when appropriate. Take phone orders for pickup and delivery and enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members. Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally. Present checks and process customer payments. Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout each shift. Qualifications & Skills Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy. Comfortable answering phones and handling takeout and delivery orders. Previous serving or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant is especially welcome.
