Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding menu items and preparation standards Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is desirable but not required Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us as a Server if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
