In this lively role, you'll deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy and passion for food and beverage service will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm. Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards. Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, using POS systems Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures. Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining settings or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
