Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring proper processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with reservation platforms like Resy is a plus Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your sales skills through upselling techniques, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
