Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring prompt processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Provide expert beverage service, including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink recommendations to guests Manage cash handling accurately, process payments swiftly, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly to foster guest relations and satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to upsell effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing tabs accurately Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Join us in creating an engaging atmosphere where every guest leaves delighted!
