As a Server, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests while providing friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and drink orders accurately Answer questions about our Vietnamese dishes and menu items Enter orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen Serve food and drinks in a timely manner Check on guests throughout their meal Clear and reset tables Process payments and handle cash/card transactions Keep the dining area clean and organized Work closely with the kitchen and other team members Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive dining experience Qualifications Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Able to work well as part of a team Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
