Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience Address guest concerns and inform manager Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe Qualifications and Skills Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required English language and professional communications skills are required Ability to work in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays Physical Demands Mobility required during the entire shift Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
