All front-of-house hires complete a 20-shift training program : Host → Sizzle (food running) → Bar → Server Advancement is performance-based, not guaranteed . What You'll Do Deliver strong guest experience from first impression to exit Control dining room flow and pacing Execute food and drinks with speed and accuracy Learn and run a full server section Support the team and maintain clean, organized stations Who This Role Is For Fast-paced, high-energy individuals Calm and focused under pressure Strong communicators who enjoy working with people Coachable and open to direct feedback Looking to earn a server position and grow Who This Role Is NOT For Looking for an easy or immediate server job Easily overwhelmed during busy shifts Passive or waiting to be told what to do Resistant to feedback or structure Inconsistent with attendance or effort Growth Path Host → Sizzle → Bar → Server You must: Meet training standards Perform consistently under pressure Earn promotion (not automatic)

Pay & Schedule Starting:
